Client: A leading semi-govt Authority in the UAE

Key Responsibilities: To manage and coordinate the quality initiatives of the organization towards being a Business Excellence centric organization. To take an active role to ensure the development of the organizations Quality management System i.e. ISO 9000:2000. Work with the DQ to provide technical assistance to document the entire organization's quality procedures according to the requirements of the followed standard. Monitor the use of the standard operating procedures, observe the internal auditing team, review and summarise the intern audit reports and submit it to the DQ. Facilitate the delivering of training to subordinates and graduate trainees within the quality office and monitor their performance. Develop and submit monthly reports on the quality initiatives and bi-annually report to the DQ on the overall performance of the System Design &Compliance vertical. Felicitate and delivery of training and information sessions on quality matters. Perform all the other related tasks of SD & D Manager. Identify training needs for subordinates and take pare in establishing the quality training plan of the organization. Represent the quality office and when requested replace the DQ in the different comities and the teams meetings and to provide documented feedback on the meetings. Minimum experience of 5-10 years in a similar role, with proven track record.
